Please replace all foods/drinks you use. The fridge is plumbed in with filters so you can drink the water. Bin bags can be taken to the main road communal bins.
Pool
Pedro will come and clean the pool every few days in the summer less in the winter. In the winter it is possible to heat the pool, Peter will advise on how.

Nicky and Tony will come and change all the used bedding, please leave in the laundry bin, you will also need to leave the cleaner Euros

Nicky and Tony will come and water the gardens but if you see any plants in need, please water.

Please put away any swimming equipment, sun loungers, cushions etc, when you leave and make sure the BBQ is wire cleaned.

THE GAS
If the gas runs out switch over to the other 5 bottles and arrange to have the other 5 replaced.
Bottle gas has become expensive and we will reimburse you if you need to get 5 new large bottles in.
It is best to go into the Butano office. This is just outside town on the main road towards Tuelada (direction Valencia) just after the motorway turnoff, on the bend, and just after you have gone past used car dealership and a boatyard. It is immediately tucked in there and you park outside and the office is just on the right. You order 5 new tanks and give them the address (9a Casa Juglar Ptd. Santa Ana) and pay for them, get the receipt and then stick the receipt on the empty side in the “casseta” (leave it unlocked) and they will deliver the same day or the next day and you do not need to stay in.
However, you can order by phone but you will need to stay in and pay cash on arrival.
BBQ ROOM
Stores also the outside furniture. Once the loungers and chairs and tables are out then leave out all the time you are here. No need to keep putting away if you go out, but you may need to rescue the green and white striped covers if it rains!
Stack everything away again when you leave unless you know someone is following you within a day or two.
Barbeque functions well but keep the double doors open whilst cooking.
Fridge useful for storing all the drinks – leaving the main kitchen fridge for food etc. Please empty, defrost, clean and unplug the fridge at the end of your stay.
Please leave the barbeque room at least as clean as you find it. That includes the grate if you use it and all the work surfaces and sink.
